Starting your meditation journey? Or maybe you meditate on and off and can't quite commit? Perhaps you have a steady practice, but you need some fresh inspiration? You've come to the right place.
This is so much more than a meditation course. Over four sessions, each week you will be guided on an inward journey to self discovery + realisation. Drawing on ancient wisdom and embracing the teachings from vedic, buddhist and tantric philosophy, and interwoven with modern science, 'Find your Calm' will give you the tools, practices and support you need to dive deeply into forgotten parts of your being to help you to transform your mindset and your life.
The course combines theory and yogic practices of pranayama (breathwork) and simple meditation techniques with the intention to illuminate insight, self enquiry and to help you identify thought patterns, programming and negativity that no longer serves you and in turn, call in your soul's desires and true purpose.
You will walk away with: unwavering calm, clarity and ease that will ripple through your life bringing the conscious intent and purpose needed to fulfil your greatest potential. A daily meditation practice, the confidence to sit for 20 minutes or more without the reliance on apps or guided recordings; and the ability to be your own medicine, deciding on what practice best fits how you've shown up on any particular day.

Heard of the benefits of meditation but don't know where to start? Or maybe you've tried and failed to maintain a consistent practice? This two hour session will give you the tools to set up a daily meditation practice that you can not only commit to, but that you'll enjoy. Learn how to meditate in your own home through a personalised one-on-one session that is tailored to you and your level of experience.

questionaire to complete prior to the consultation
practical and theoretical guidance to underpin your daily practice
a document outlining your new practice to support you moving forward
